The Wonders Of The World - Part 1

"The heavens declare the glory of God; The skies proclaim the work of his hands. day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge. There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard. Their voice goes out into all the earth, their words to the ends of the world. In the heavens he has pitched a tent for the sun, which is like a bridegroom coming forth from its pavilion, like a champion rejoicing to run its course. It rises at one end of the heavens and makes its circuit to the other; nothing is hidden from its heat. (Psalm 19:1-6).

As a former science teacher, I am in awe of the wonder that is the universe. Though I do not understand the complexities of its creation, I do know its Creator. There are so many wonderful scriptures that confrm the creation of our world by an all knowing God. I will share some of them with you for the next few mornings. Why you ask? Well first and foremost to confirm our faith IN the creator. But in a more specific vein, their is a lunar eclipse on Wednesday night, Feb. 20....A REALLY good one, especially along the east coast.

Today (Mon.), Tuesday, and Wednesday, I will give you specifics as to when to watch and what to watch for, and why it happens. "The earth is the Lord's and everything in it, the world and all who live in it, for he founded it upon the seas and established it upon the waters" (Psa. 24:1-2). "The moon marks off the seasons, and the sun knows when to go down" (Psa. 104:19).

We do indeed serve an all powerful God. He is the author and creator of the universe. As I hope for clear weather for Wednesday night, I look forward to sharing this wondrous phenomena with you....Wherever you are....

Have a great beginning to your week..Let your light shine for Him....Love mark Phil. 4:11
