Productivity Of Our Seasons

"Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ" (Phil.1:6).

We may be going through a season of our life right now in which we don't think very much is happening. It is very important that in a season like this that we remain faithful to God and continue to trust in Him. We will even grow even through seemingly unproductive seasons if we realize that God is up to something in our lives, even though we don't see Him working... I encourage you what ever season of life you are in; pain or disappointment, victory or success or even some great blessing, to see the hand of God in it... "being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ." The contrasting seasons we saw in the 3rd chapter of the Book of Ecclesiastes are what will likely make up our lives. Like exercise, we feel the pain of the workout to achieve the pleasure of its benefits. The seasons of life teach us that there is something right now that God wants us to do, and we should not put it off another second... Maybe it is in regard to telling a husband, wife or child how much we love them. Maybe it is that note of encouragement we need to write to a friend. Maybe it is joining our lives together with our church brethren and letting our special abilities and talents be used for God's glory. We can find a level of productivity within all the seasons of our lives. Instead of waiting for those things to come to us, lets go to them...

Have a great start to your week... Begin it with a RAK or two... Love mark Phil.4:11
